1. Who this policy comes from

This website is run by Dr. Hileri Mori Acharya, Prosthodontist & Implantologist, at Harmony Dental Clinic.

If you have a question or a complaint about how your information has been handled, that email address is the right place to send it. See section 12.

2. What this policy covers

It covers this website only.

Your dental records are separate. Notes, X-rays, scans and treatment history created when you are treated at the clinic are clinical records. They are kept at the clinic under the record-keeping duties that apply to dental practice, not under this website policy. Nothing in your clinical record is published on this site or accessible through it.

3. Information you choose to give us

The enquiry form

If you send the Online Inquiry form on the home page or the contact page, we receive exactly what you typed:

• Your name
• The treatment you selected, if you chose one
• Your WhatsApp number, if you gave one
• Your email address, if you gave one
• Your question or message

Along with that, the form records which page you sent it from and the IP address it came from. The IP address is stored so that repeated spam submissions can be blocked; it is not used to identify or track you.

You need to give either a WhatsApp number or an email address, because otherwise there is no way to answer you. Everything else on the form is optional.

Please do not send urgent or detailed medical information through this form. It is a website enquiry box, not a clinical channel. For anything urgent, call the clinic.

4. Booking an appointment

The Book Appointment button opens a booking calendar operated by Dentee (dentee.com), the practice-management system the clinic uses. That calendar runs inside a window from Dentee’s own servers.

Anything you enter into that booking window — your name, contact details and chosen slot — goes to Dentee and to the clinic’s account there. It does not pass through this website, and this website does not store a copy. Dentee’s own terms and privacy practices apply to that data; ask the clinic if you would like a copy of them.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set any cookies of its own, and there is no analytics or advertising tracking on it. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta or Facebook pixel, no advertising tags, and no profiling of visitors. We do not know who you are unless you tell us by sending the form or contacting the clinic.

The third-party services listed in the next section may set their own cookies or storage when their content loads. Those are theirs, not ours.

6. Other services this site loads

Some parts of the page come from other companies. Whenever your browser fetches something from another company’s server, that company necessarily sees your IP address and basic browser information. That is how the web works, and it applies to the following:

• Google Fonts — supplies the typeface the site is set in.
• Google Maps — the maps showing the clinic location, and the “Get Direction” and review links. Google’s privacy policy applies.
• Dentee — the appointment booking window described above.
• unpkg — delivers the code libraries the pages are built with.

The site also links out to WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other sites. Once you follow one of those links you are on their service, under their policies, and this policy no longer applies.

7. If you call, WhatsApp or email instead

If you contact the clinic by phone, WhatsApp or email, we hold whatever you send us in order to reply and to arrange care. WhatsApp messages travel through WhatsApp’s own service and are subject to their terms as well as this policy.

8. What we do with your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, to answer your question, and to arrange or follow up an appointment. That is all.

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list from a website enquiry, and we do not send promotional messages you did not ask for.

Enquiries are seen by Dr. Hileri Mori Acharya and the clinic staff who help manage appointments. Enquiries are stored in the clinic’s own database and a copy is emailed to the clinic’s mailbox so it is not missed.

9. How long we keep it

Website enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to answer you and to handle any follow-up you ask for, and are then deleted. If you would like your enquiry removed sooner, email drhilerimori@gmail.com and it will be deleted.

Clinical records created during treatment are kept for longer, as dental record-keeping requires. That is separate from this website, as explained in section 2.

10. Your rights over your information

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information about you we hold;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete an enquiry you sent us;
• stop using your details to contact you.

Email drhilerimori@gmail.com or call +91-8983182293 and we will act on it. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason. Where the law requires us to keep a clinical record, we will tell you that rather than quietly ignoring the request.

11. Children

The clinic treats children, but this website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian send the enquiry for you. If you believe a child has sent us their details through this site, email us and we will delete the enquiry.

12. Keeping it safe, and how to reach us

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored on the clinic’s system, with access limited to the people who need it. No system connected to the internet can be promised to be perfectly secure, so we would rather say plainly what we do than make a guarantee nobody can keep. This is also why the form asks you not to send detailed medical information through it.

13. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page and the “last updated” date at the top will change. This version is dated 21 August 2026.
